This job aid helps users create an accounting journal in Workday, using Transfer of Funds as the Journal Source. Transfer of Funds is used to move funds between departments or between divisions. This can be used with mandatory and non-mandatory spend categories only. This is not used for reimbursements, salary transfers, payment for services, or splitting funds on an operational transaction.
