This job aid helps users create an internal catalog for an internal service provider. An internal catalog is a list of goods/services and their descriptions, unit costs, spend categories, and lead times which can be used by the service provider to generate billing. This job aid shows the steps to manually create an internal catalog. Internal catalogs can also be loaded via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) spreadsheet.
