Request Form for Ad Hoc Payment

This job aid instructs users how to create a request for an ad hoc payment, which can be used to request payment through central Accounts Payable or a Working Fund. Ad hoc payments are used when payment falls outside the normal scope of goods and services and can be used for payees with or without a pre-existing financial relationship with the company.
