Within Workday, a contingent worker is neither a student or employee, nor are they paid by the university. Contingent worker job profiles are Non-Paid Non-Worker, Employee of Supplier, and Non-Worker. Contingent workers are further grouped into types by the “bundle” of services they should receive. During contingent worker processes, use the Additional Job Classifications field to select services as presented below for the contingent worker type.
