When linking to an article in the Knowledge Base use the article's copy permalink feature. This will ensure the URL you share or bookmark will point to the most recent version of an article. Permalinks can also be found by clicking the Copy Permalink button at the bottom of the page. Simply copying the URL in the browser may direct you to an Outdated article.

To share or bookmark the permalink

1. Click Copy Permalink.
   • You will see a notification that the Permalink copied successfully.
     
2. Paste the link into your email, chat, or browser URL bar (click the bookmark icon).
   
   • You may need to click enter for the bookmark icon to show.

Subscribe to an article

To receive email notifications about article updates, click the Subscribe button on the top right of the screen.
