To download ArcGIS Pro:

1. Visit https://uofmd.maps.arcgis.com/
2. Click on Sign In at the top right.
   
3. Select the blue button labeled University of Maryland College Park. You will be redirected to log in with your UMD credentials
4. Once logged in, click on your profile icon located in the top right and select My Settings.
   
5. In settings, navigate to the Licenses tab.
6. Scroll down until you find ArcGIS Pro. Click on the download link next to it.
   
7. After the download is complete, run the ArcGIS Pro installer and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
   • If prompted, install the version of .NET Desktop Runtime that is listed in Support Phase as "Active"
8. After completing the ArcGIS Pro Installation, you should see the following screen. Please select Configure Licensing at the bottom of the window
   
9. Ensure Named User Licensing is selected and replace the url with the following https://uofmd.maps.arcgis.com/.
   
10. You should then select OK and then click the blue box containing University of Maryland College Park
    
11. After clicking the blue box, This should now direct you to authenticate using CAS and upon doing so your installation should be activated
