Those who anticipate to leave or have left the university will have a year to share folders with their personal accounts, or make one, to get access to their data.

To share Canva data with a free personal account:

1. Go to the Canva site.
2. Click the Login button at the top right if you already have a personal account, or Click the Signup button next to it to make one.
   
3.  Follow the login steps, or signup by registering with google, facebook or email depending on how you want to create your personal account. 
4. Input your login information, if you are using an email to login you will need to authenticate with a code sent to your email address.
5. Once logged in to your account, follow the steps in the Copy designs or files to another team or account article to transfer designs to your personal account.
