Download and Delete Zoom Recordings and Transcripts Before They Expire

Zoom Recordings are automatically deleted

Cloud recordings saved to the UMD Zoom Cloud will expire after 180 days, after which they will be automatically placed in the Trash in your Zoom account under Recordings and Transcripts, where they will remain for another 30 days, after which it will be automatically purged permanently. To save a recording from the Trash, you first need to recover the recording in question from the Trash. Once the recording is purged from Trash, it cannot be recovered.
