Unable to complete Workday SPS OneLogin multi-factor authentication (MFA)


Issue

I know my Workday SPS ID and password, but I'm unable to complete the OneLogin authentication factor.

Workday SPS/OneLogin

Resolution

Please complete the SPS Workday Password Reset Request form. Select Other and enter need authentication factor reset for the Reason for Password Reset.
