Adobe Creative Cloud "You've been signed out" and unable to sign in


Issue

I try to open an Adobe Creative Cloud app and I receive a You've been signed out. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps. message. After I complete the sign in process, the same thing happens again.

Resolution

  1. Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Download and install the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
