I need to reset the voicemail PIN on my Cisco IP phone.

Telephone and Voicemail (Cisco).

1. Go to the Pinnacle site.
2. Select Phone Pin / Password Reset in the sidebar. The Name Changes or Voicemail Pin / Password Reset form will display.
3. Complete the form with your information as the "New User" and select Voicemail Pin / Password Reset as the Type of Request.
4. Select Submit. A representative will inform you once the PIN is reset.
