On-Call Schedule Render Office vs Mobile Phone Number


Issue

The On-Call schedule is not rendering my Office Phone vs Mobile Number.

Environment

ServiceNow.

Resolution

Visit https://itsupport.umd.edu/itsupport?id=user_profile to update your Servicenow Profile with your 'Mobile Phone' number. Click on the Mobile phone field to enter the number.

Cause

Once a Mobile number is entered, This will be rendered to the agents viewing the on-call schedule. The system will only display one phone number. Once entered, the office phone number will no longer render.
