Is there a way to export the tickets in some form into excel?
- You need to get to a list view. In the left navigation bar, type incident.list (or LIST in uppercase for a new tab).
- Apply your filter for the records you are looking for.
- Use the Gear icon in the left to set the columns you want. Export will not export the table but what you see on the screen. Afterwards, you can reset to Standard.
- Now you can export the list to XLS via the hamburger icon in the header (three-column icon).
- You can also do this from any list report, so this might be a better way since you want certain columns. Right click in the header space between the labels.
