Issue
When I send a message via Google Groups, the email received always displays this footer: You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "xxxxxx" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to xxxxxx+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com.

Resolution
- You cannot remove the default Google Group footer from emails sent from the group.
- This is to comply to with the CAN-SPAM Act.
- In email sent to external group members, the footer always contains information on how to unsubscribe from the group. This footer can't be changed or removed.
