Unable to access transcript because of judicial block


Issue

You are receiving a "Can't request transcript because of a judicial block" message when attempting to access your transcript through Testudo.

Resolution

You'll need to contact the Office of Student Conduct to resolve the block. The Office of Student Conduct phone number is 1.301.314.8204. Their email is studentconduct@umd.edu. 

Cause

The Office of Student Conduct has placed a block on your account.
