Gmail Password Change Causes Zoom Calendar Issue


Issue

After changing Gmail password, the Zoom calendar configuration may break.

Environment

Zoom Calendar.

Resolution

Every time that you change your Gmail password, you have to reauthorize your calendar in Zoom.

For reauthorizing zoom calendar, follow these steps:

  • Visit https://zoom.us/profile
  • Scroll to the bottom and locate the Others section
  • In Calendar and Contacts Integration select Delete next to your email address and confirm the deletion
  • Once the account is removed select Configure Calendar and Contacts Service
  • Follow the prompts to add your Calendar services
  • The issue should be resolved.
