Manage Syllabus Tool Permissions in EMT

Your role as a collegeadmin enables you to designate others to act on behalf of faculty to publish course syllabi. Designees continue to have all the same Publish Course Syllabus functions but their tool includes the field into which a faculty Directory ID can be entered.

Publish a course syllabus and manage permissions

  1. Publish Course Syllabus
  2. Select a new item on your left-hand navigation menu called Manage Syllabus Permissions to add or delete a SYLLABUSADMIN.

Add a SYLLABUSADMIN

  1. Select Add new user.
  2. Enter the Directory ID.
  3. Select OK.

Delete a SYLLABUSADMIN administration

  1. Highlight the name of the user you would like to delete.
  2. Select Delete selected user.
  3. Select OK.
