Forget and Reconnect the eduroam Wireless Network

Forget eduroam on Windows

  1. Click the WiFi icon in the taskbar and select Network & Internet Settings.

  2. Select Wi-Fi from the navigator on the left of the screen.
  3. Click Manage Known Networks.

  4. Find and select eduroam. Then click the Forget button.

Forget eduroam on Mac

  1. Click the WiFi icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select Open Network Preferences.

  2. Highlight Wi-Fi in the list on the left side of the window and then click the Advanced button in the lower right.

  3. Find eduroam in the list, select it and click the minus sign button to delete it. Then click OK

Forget eduroam on a iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap the Settings icon then open your Wi-Fi settings.
  2. Find eduroam in the list and tap the button encircled i icon to the right of it to it. 
  3. Select Forget this Network.
    NOTE: If you do not see "Forget This Network" as an option, follow the instructions in Unable to forget eduroam network on iPhone and iPad.

Forget eduroam on an Android 

  1. Tap the Settings icon then open your Wi-Fi settings.
  2. Find eduroam in the list then tap the Settings icon to open. 
  3. Select Forget.
