Uninstall the SecureW2 Enterprise Client for Windows


This solution is meant to help individuals with secure network profiles installed onto their machines uninstall their current profile due to the University changing its SSL certificates.

1. Press Start and navigate to the Control Panel.

2. Click on Uninstall a program.

3. Find the SecureW2 Enterprise Client in your list of installed programs then select Uninstall.

4. Delete the Wi-Fi profile. Click on the wireless network icon in the bottom right-hand side of your screen then select Network Sharing Center.

5. From this window, click on Manage Wireless Networks from the menu on the left-hand side.

6. Delete any network profiles that were created by the SecureW2 application.

NOTE: You can also delete the Wi-Fi profile using your command tool. To do this, click on the Start icon, enter Run at the bottom of the menu, then enter cmd in the Open field and press Enter. At the c:\ prompt enter:

netsh wlan show profile

This should display something similar to the following:

• netsh wlan delete profile name = eduroam
