Troubleshoot Minor Technical Issues in Lucidchart

Lucidchart customers are encouraged to use Google's Chrome web browser to access both applications application. For Windows users who cannot use Google Chrome, Lucidchart recommends using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 11 to achieve the optimal Lucidchart experience.

While designed to be a streamlined and intuitive experience, Lucidchart customers may encounter technical issues when attempting to execute certain actions. Lucidchart recommends that customers attempt a simple troubleshooting process to alleviate such technical issues.
