Most limits are refreshed on either a 7-day rolling basis (file uploads and pro queries) or a 30-day rolling basis (deep research, asset generation and video generation). This usually means 7 days or 30 days after the quota was used up, or the length of time for the aggregate usage within the tracking window to fall below the limit.
