Issue
I'm unable to access UMD services, like ELMS-Canvas, in Safari because I'm receiving a Stale Request error when authenticating with the Central Authentication Service (CAS). I recently upgraded to macOS Sequoia 15.0.

- Open the Safari app on your Mac
- Select the Safari menu in your Mac's menu bar.
- Select Settings. The Settings window will appear.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Select Manage Website Data…. A pop-up with a list of websites will appear.
- Enter umd.edu in the Search field in the top right. The list will filter so only umd.edu related sites are displayed.
- Select umd.edu in the list of websites.
- Select Remove.
- Select Done.
Please attempt to access the UMD service again.
If you're unable to select the Remove button in Step 8, you may have Screen Time settings preventing you from clearing website data or opening a Private Window in Safari. To resolve this, please disable the Lock Screen Time Settings setting in macOS System Settings, quit Safari, and reopen it to restore the functionality.
