How do I decide whether to create a GPT or use other UMD AI offerings like Microsoft Co-pilot, Cloudforce Nebula, or Academic/Departmental Bots? Consider the following when deciding:

• Licensing costs: Using GPTs in an enterprise setting requires a monthly license for all users, which can be costly, especially for public-facing department bots or academic bots for students.
• User base: For wide accessibility without high costs, departmental or academic bots may be more suitable than GPTs.
