Data limits

Faculty and Staff: 256 GB.
- You can request an increase of up to 512 GB if a business justification is provided.
Current Students: 256 GB.
- This limit cannot be increased.
Alumni: 15 GB.
- This limit cannot be increased.
Affiliates/retirees: 256 GB
Shared Drives: 1TB.

Faculty and staff can request an increase on these storage caps using the Google User Drive Quota Increase Request form.
