Unable to connect to MVS/SIS/CICS/ARS because of "LOCK" status and blank screen


Issue

I'm unable to connect to MVS/SIS/CICS/ARS. I open Mocha TN3270 and select Connect…. When I do this, a blank, black screen appears with a status line that indicates ONLINE TCP#####, LOCK, and 1,1 (the #'s will be replaced with numbers).

Mainframe Access.

Resolution

Restart your wireless network. If the issue persists after restarting, please contact the IT Service Desk for further assistance.
