I downloaded the SecureW2 application from setup.wireless.umd.edu, and nothing is happening when I double-click on the download. When I double-click the downloaded file, Windows asks if I want to allow the app to run, I select Yes, and nothing happens.

Run the app as an administrator to allow the app to launch normally.

1. Locate the downloaded file.
2. Right-click on the file. A contextual menu will display.
3. Select Run as Administrator. A User Account Control window will appear.
4. Select Yes to give the application permission. The SecureW2 application should appear.

Follow the prompts to finish configuring eduroam on your device.
