AWS charges are finalized at the beginning of the following month, and processed by DIT One Bill and posted to Workday on the 15th of the following month. To update the Driver Worktag associated with an AWS account:

1. Open the hosting dashboard.
2. Click on the name of the AWS account to update.
3. The form will be pre-populated with current information about your account. Update the field Driver Worktag with the new Driver Worktag account value. The format is A 2 letter code followed by a 6 digit number. For example US012345.
4. Click Submit at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

If you are unable to see the account on the hosting dashboard submit a ticket with the AWS account name and new Driver Worktag.
