AWS charges are finalized at the beginning of the following month, and processed by DIT One Bill and posted to KFS on the 15th of the following month. To update the KFS number associated with an AWS account:

1. Open the hosting dashboard.
2. Click on the name of the AWS account to update.
3. The form will be pre-populated with current information about your account. Update the field Charge To KFS Account with the new KFS account value. Use this format: 01-1234567, where 01 is a campus code.
4. Click Submit at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

If you are unable to see the account on the hosting dashboard submit a ticket with the AWS account name and new KFS number.
