I know my Workday SPS ID and password, but I'm unable to complete the OneLogin authentication factor.

Workday SPS/OneLogin.
Resolution
Please complete the SPS Workday Password Reset Request form. Select Other and enter Need authentication factor reset for the Reason for Password Reset.
