Issue
When I send a message via Google Groups, the email received always displays this footer:
You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "xxxxxx" group.
You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "xxxxxx" group.
To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to xxxxxx+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com.

You cannot remove the default Google Group footer from emails sent from the group.
This is to comply to with the CAN-SPAM Act.
In email sent to external group members, the footer always contains information on how to unsubscribe from the group. This footer can't be changed or removed.
