Change your Associate Account email


You want to change the email on your Associate Account. 


Associate Account


  1. Go to the Associate Account Management.
  2. Sign in to your Associate Account using the current email address and password.
    NOTE: If you have forgotten your password and still have access to the current email account, then you can Reset Your Associate Account Password (KB0014079).
  3. Click the Edit Profile button.
  4. Enter your new email address.
  5. Click the Submit button. A verification email is sent to the new email address.
  6. Go to your new email account's inbox and open the email with the subject UMD-ASSOCIATE: Associate ID Update.
  7. Click on the link, or copy and paste the URL in a browser, to verify your new email address and complete the account update.
