Add University Gmail to Outlook (Windows 10)


I want to add my UMD email to Microsoft Outlook desktop application.

  1. Download and run Google Workspace Sync (GWSMO) tool
  2. Sign into Google Workspace Sync and press Continue. A browser window will open.
  3. Choose an account on Web browser to allow services to be used.
  4. Return to tool and select Create profile. (If you cannot find the tool look for this icon in your taskbar.)
  5. Click Start Microsoft Outlook
  6. Select your profile from the choose profile prompt and click OK
  7. Your account is now accessible on Outlook. Google Workspace Sync will import your contents in the background.
