Issue
"I attended the University of Maryland but didn't graduate. I lost access to TERPmail, but I have a lot of files saved on my account and I'd like to get access to them."

Resolution
Contact the Service Desk to get assistance with recovering the files from the inactive email account.
Cause
Customer was not awarded a degree from UMD, so their TERPmail account was suspended and listed as inactive. Policy states that only students who graduate from the University of Maryland will keep their accounts after course completion.
