"No resources assigned" error when using UMD Virtual Workspace


When using the Windows Remote Desktop client to access UMD Virtual Workspace, you are unable to access the workspace and receive a message that there are no resources assigned to your account.

Students must have an active registration appointment in order to access UMD Virtual Workspace. You can check your registration appointment by visiting https://testudo.umd.edu and clicking the "Appointment and Registration Status" link.
