What is TidyUp?

TidyUP makes it easy to clean up your ELMS-Canvas course(s) by seeing which files are being used and which ones can be deleted.  With TidyUp, you can identify unpublished pages, delete outdated content, and remove empty folders in ELMS-Canvas. TidyUp provides an easy way to identify files in the FILES area that are not linked to an ELMS-Canvas course and which files are.  In addition, the tool enables you to delete selected files and unused, unpublished content (like “test” assignments or quizzes) from one console window.   

Using TidyUp, you can:

• Identify and delete all files that are not being used in your course.
• See what files are being used in your course and where they are being used.
• Find empty folders in the files section of your course and delete them.
• View a list of all your ELMS-Canvas pages, assignments, quizzes or discussions with information about each page and the ability to delete multiple pages at once.
