Shared Computers in campus Labs.

Description of issue

Customer is attempting to have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed on shared lab computers. 

Underlying cause

Customer Wanted a Version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that could be used on shared computers. The Creative Cloud for Labs and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Labs packages are listed as restricted to IT admins.

Solution

• For information on licensing cost and procedures, contact Software licensing by phone between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Ex: 52986 or by email.
• Provide the customer with this licensing information.
• Reach out to departmental IT support for assistance with the installation if necessary.
