Troubleshoot iTerp Error Message: You No Longer Have Access to These Services

Description of Issue

Former student receives the error message "You no longer have access to these services."  when logging into iTerp.

Underlying Cause

When a student leaves the university, their Directory ID can no longer be used to log into many services, including iTerp. 

Solution

Use the alumni login by clicking on the box on the left on that says "I have not setup my directory ID or it is inactive".
