Description of Issue

Customer encountered issue when trying to upload files to ELMS-Canvas.

Underlying Cause

Browser's cache was full.

Solution

Try any of the following:

  1. Clear the cache for current browser and try again.
  2. Open a different browser.
  3. Open a new private or incognito window.
