Use a Verified Phone to Reset a Directory ID Passphrase

Use a recovery phone to reset your Directory ID passphrse. For more information, see Add a Verified Phone for Directory ID Passphrase Resets.

  1. Go to Single Sign On page and click Login to Single Sign-on.
  2. Click Forgot your passphrase?.
  3. Enter your Directory ID, then click submit.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Request Verification Passcode for a passcode to be sent to your cell phone.
  6. Enter the verification code that you should receive by text message, and click Confirm.
  7. Enter a new passphrase in both fields and click Update Passphrase.
