Use a recovery phone to reset your Directory ID passphrase. For more information, see Add, Remove or Change a Verified Phone for Directory ID Passphrase Resets.
NOTE: Clear Your Browser Cache if you are already logged in and don't' remember your password.
- Go to Single Sign On page and click Login to Single Sign-on.
- Click Forgot your passphrase?.
- Enter your Directory ID, then click submit.
- Click Submit.
- Click Request Verification Passcode for a passcode to be sent to your cell phone.
- The text message will say: “Your UMD Verified Phone verification code is: [code]”
- Users with phone numbers in Australia may instead receive a message from sender ID TWVerify that says: “Your OTP code is [code].”
- Enter the verification code that you should receive by text message, and click Confirm.
- Enter a new passphrase in both fields and click Update Passphrase.
