If you purchased the computer and service plan from Terrapin Tech, please bring the computer to Terrapin Tech on the first floor of the McKeldin Library. They will verify your coverage using your computer's serial number.

If you are off-campus and need support, please contact your support provider and provide them with your computer's serial number. They will assist you with your product's repair.
